Lucky Mate Casino App: What Exists, What Doesn’t, How to Play on Mobile

There is no Lucky Mate casino app confirmed by the operator. On iPhone and Android you play in the phone’s browser at luckymate.co.com, and a home-screen shortcut makes the site open like an app. The App Store does carry a listing called “Lucky Mate Casino”, published by COOPERS CREEK GAME LIMITED, but nothing we found from the operator ties it to Lucky Mate. On Google Play there’s no Lucky Mate casino app at all.

Is there a Lucky Mate casino app? The operator’s own words

Back in October 2025, the mobile section of the operator’s Australian site said plainly: “We are yet to develop an app”. Players were told to make a home-screen shortcut instead. By May 2026 its FAQ said players reach pokies, table games, account features and payments “directly from their mobile browser or app”, without naming any app. The archived pages we read carry no App Store or Google Play link and no download button.

The May 2026 line reads like generic marketing copy, since it names no product, store or publisher. Until Lucky Mate names its own app and the company behind it, the browser at luckymate.co.com is the only mobile route we can tie to the operator, BrillianteFin Development N.V.

The “Lucky Mate Casino” listing in the App Store

Search the Australian App Store for Lucky Mate and a listing called “Lucky Mate Casino” comes up. Its developer is COOPERS CREEK GAME LIMITED. The company named in the luckymate.co.com footer is BrillianteFin Development N.V., Curaçao company no. 158519. The two names don’t match. Nor does the listing mention luckymate.co.com, and the operator’s archived pages say nothing about the app either.

Several of the listing’s reviews repeat each other word for word, so we put little weight on them. We haven’t seen what the app does with a login or a deposit, and nothing the operator has published fills that gap. With an app nobody has confirmed, there’s no way to know who ends up holding your money and documents.

Checks before you install any “Lucky Mate” app

1. Developer name. It should match the operator in the luckymate.co.com footer, BrillianteFin Development N.V. If it doesn’t, ask the operator in writing.
2. A link from the operator’s site. A casino’s own app is normally linked from its own pages. The archived luckymate.co.com pages had none.
3. App Privacy. The App Store shows what the developer says the app collects. Read it first.
4. The login screen. Your Lucky Mate email and password go to whoever runs the app. We wouldn’t type them in.

Android: nothing on Google Play, no APK from the operator

We found no Lucky Mate casino app on Google Play in October 2026, and no Android installation file published by the operator. If another website offers a “Lucky Mate APK”, nothing connects that file to Lucky Mate, and an app from an unknown source sees everything you type into it. We don’t link to such files. On Android, use Chrome and a shortcut.

How to add Lucky Mate to your home screen

The shortcut is the operator’s own suggestion. The archived page code has no web-app manifest or service worker, so nothing actually gets installed. The icon just opens luckymate.co.com and streams games from there, with no offline mode. On iPhone the code includes Apple’s tag for full-screen home-screen sites, which means the shortcut may open without Safari’s address bar. Since you then can’t see which site the icon opens, check the address before you save it.

iPhone and iPad (Safari)

1. Type luckymate.co.com into Safari yourself, instead of tapping a search ad or a link from another site.
2. Check the address reads exactly luckymate.co.com, with no extra word, hyphen or number.
3. Tap Share, the square with an upward arrow. On recent iOS versions it may sit behind the three-dot button beside the address.
4. Tap “Add to Home Screen”, keep or edit the name, then tap Add.

Android (Chrome)

1. Type luckymate.co.com into Chrome and check the address, as above.
2. Tap the three-dot menu at the top right, then “Add to Home screen”. If Chrome offers a choice, pick the shortcut.
3. Confirm the name and tap Add. Some phones ask you to tap Add again or drag the icon into place.

Replace an old luckymate.com shortcut

A shortcut saved before 13 February 2026 may still point at luckymate.com. Both it and luckymatecasino.com sit on ACMA’s block list. They’re meant to redirect to luckymate.co.com, yet a domain your provider blocks will often show nothing but an error. Delete the old icon and make a new one. What works in the mobile browser

The page that admitted there was no app also claimed that “every single function present on our PC version is available on your phone”, naming the profile, deposits, withdrawals and pokies, with live casino as the exception.

PayID deposits from your phone

PayID suits a phone best, because the payment happens in the banking app you already carry. Start the deposit in the browser cashier, switch to your banking app and transfer precisely the amount shown, leaving the word “casino” out of the description, then return to the browser tab. Give it up to an hour before you chase it, and don’t send it twice. Verification documents from your phone

The phone camera handles most of Lucky Mate’s KYC. The operator’s verification message asks for these in live chat or by email:

• A photo of yourself with the ID held open at the photo page, face fully visible, nothing covered.
• A scan or photo of the whole ID, both sides, expiring no sooner than 6 months away.
• A bank statement issued in the last 3 months with your name, residential address and three or more transactions, saved as a PDF or a scanned paper copy.

The statement is where phones trip people up. The operator’s list of rejected files includes a photo or screenshot of a statement, so a capture of your banking app won’t pass. Get the PDF from internet banking, save it to your phone’s files and attach it in chat.

Pokies on a small screen

The operator’s own pages disagree on the lobby size, quoting anything from 800+ slots to 1,500+ titles; Mustang Gold, Gates of Olympus Super Scatter and Energy Coins sit at the front. Live dealer games on mobile: two catches

The first catch is access. The operator’s own mobile page warned that “live casino players won’t be able to access a lot of games” on a phone and suggested switching the browser to PC mode, adding that “we can’t promise you it will go smoothly”. The live lobby has Winfinity tables (Monaco Blackjack 2, Bar Blackjack and 500x Auto Roulette among them) and Lucky Streak games too. Which of them open on your handset, we couldn’t check.

Then there’s the catch that costs money. Any play in the Live section deletes all active bonuses, and live bets count toward neither wagering nor cashback. Scenario: a A$25 PayID deposit on your phone

A worked example, following the operator’s published rules

1. Tap the shortcut, log in, open the cashier, pick PayID and enter A$25. PayID would accept about A$20, but the welcome bonus won’t trigger below A$25.
2. Send exactly A$25 from your banking app, “casino” left out of the description, and go back to the browser tab. Crediting can take up to an hour.
3. Step one adds 150%: a A$37.50 bonus plus 150 free spins on Mustang Gold, a Pragmatic Play pokie with an official RTP of 96.53%.
4. Multiply the bonus by 40: A$37.50 × 40 means A$1,500 bet on pokies before that bonus is yours to withdraw.
5. Open a live table along the way and the bonus is deleted. Request a withdrawal before the A$1,500 is done and it’s deleted too.

There’s also a rule for small turnover: withdraw after wagering less than your deposit and an “extra commission” applies under the terms, with no rate published for Australia. A$1,500 of wagering is 60 times the A$25 deposit, so decide up front whether to play it through on pokies or skip the bonus.

Logging in to the unconfirmed app could cost you a password, your ID documents and a balance nobody clearly owns. The official site comes with caveats of its own. Lucky Mate operates offshore with no Australian licence, its sites have been under an ACMA block announced on 13 February 2026, access may change, and Australian players have little recourse in a dispute. Even so, on a phone the browser is the only route we’d use.

Limits and breaks on a phone

The shortcut’s main downside is that it puts a casino one tap away at any hour. Set a deposit limit before your first mobile session; loss limits, a time-out and self-exclusion are listed by the operator too.
