1. What these rules cover
Articles, tables, charts, calculations and page layouts make up the content of lucky-mate-australia.com (“we”, “us”), on every guide from our Lucky Mate Australia homepage to the legal pages. These Terms of Use set the rules for using that content. The age limit, third-party links, liability and governing law are handled in our terms and conditions; where the two documents overlap, content questions fall under these Terms of Use and everything else under the Terms and Conditions.
We write about the Lucky Mate casino and have no part in operating it. Nothing in these rules gives you any rights in the Lucky Mate brand, which belongs to its owner.
2. What you may do
- Read and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.
- Save a page on your own device for offline reading.
- Share links to any page on social media, forums, messaging apps or your own website.
- Quote a short passage under the rules in section 3.
You can link without asking us. Point the link at the page itself instead of displaying the page in a frame on another site, and avoid presenting it in a way that suggests we endorse your site, product or service.
3. Quoting and citing our content
You may quote up to 100 words from a single page without asking us, provided that you:
- name lucky-mate-australia.com as the source and link to the page you quote;
- keep figures exactly as published, including currency, units and conditions (a wagering requirement of x40 on the bonus amount, for example, must not turn into x40 on deposit plus bonus);
- keep the measurement date with any figure you quote, such as “operator’s site as archived on 19 May 2026”;
- do not edit a quote in a way that changes its meaning or drops a warning.
Longer extracts need written permission, and so do full tables, our charts and our worked bonus calculations. Email the request to [email protected], saying where and how the material will appear. The same address works for journalists and researchers who want a figure checked before they publish.
| How you want to use our content | Allowed? | Conditions |
|---|---|---|
| Reading, printing or saving a page for yourself | Yes | Personal, non-commercial use |
| Sharing a link to a page | Yes | No framing, no implied endorsement |
| Quoting up to 100 words | Yes | Source named, link to the page, figures and dates unchanged |
| Republishing a full article, table or chart | Only with written permission | Ask by email first |
| Translating or rewording a guide for another site | No | Counts as copying even when reworded |
| Scraping, bulk downloading or automated monitoring | No | See section 4; public search engine crawlers excepted |
| Using our pages to build a look-alike casino or login page | No | Such copies may be reported to their host and registrar |
4. Automated access and scraping
You must not use bots, scrapers, scripts or similar tools to copy, extract or monitor our content. Public search engine crawlers that follow our robots.txt file are the one exception. The ban extends to:
- building datasets from our pages, including for training or testing software models;
- tracking our pages automatically so that updates can be copied as soon as they appear;
- sending requests at a rate that slows the site down for other readers;
- trying to get around rate limits, security checks or access blocks on our server.
A security service in front of the site can challenge or block automated traffic, and we may block, without notice, any IP address or network that breaks these rules.
5. How accurate our information is and how we date it
Each figure we publish has a named source. That may be the operator’s own pages, a public licence register, a regulator announcement, the RTP figures a game provider publishes or a player complaint platform. Because the operator’s live site is not always reachable for us, much of the casino data comes from archived copies of its pages, and a note beside the figure says so.
Dates are attached in three ways:
- operator data carries the archive date of the copy we used, such as 19 May 2026;
- register checks name the edition we used, for example the Curaçao Gaming Authority register of 21 September 2026;
- each page shows the date of its latest update.
Casino terms change without notice, and a figure that was right on its measurement date may be stale by the time you read it. Our numbers are a dated snapshot, so confirm current terms on the operator’s site before you deposit. All of our content is general information, and none of it is advice of any kind.
6. Reporting errors
When a figure, date or statement on our site looks wrong, email [email protected] with:
- the address of the page;
- the exact sentence, table row or chart you think is wrong;
- what you believe is correct, with a source such as a screenshot of the operator’s terms, a register entry or an official announcement.
We aim to reply within 5 business days. A confirmed error is corrected on the page, and the page date is updated. Where the change touches a key fact, such as a bonus amount or the licence status, every other page repeating that fact is fixed as well. Content changes only when a source shows the current text is wrong, no matter who asks, the operator included.
This process covers our content only. Problems with a casino account, a bonus or a payout are for the operator’s support team to resolve; we cannot look into them.
7. Trademarks and third-party material
Lucky Mate, the names of game providers and the titles of games are trademarks of their owners, used here only to identify what we are writing about. Logos and images owned by others remain theirs; permission to quote our text does not cover them.
8. If these rules are broken
Where our content is used in breach of these Terms of Use, we may ask for its removal, block your access to the site or report the copy to the host or search engine serving it. These rules sit on top of our rights under copyright law and do not replace them.
9. Changes and contact
As the site changes, these Terms of Use may change with it. This page always carries the current version, and the date at the top tells you when it was last revised. Questions about using our content go to [email protected].
