Lucky Mate is an offshore online casino run by BrillianteFin Development N.V., and what we write about it is general information. None of it is legal, tax or financial advice, or an offer from the casino. Operator terms change, at times without notice, so check the casino’s own cashier and terms before you deposit. Readers must be 18 or older.

Reviews, worked examples, tables and charts on our Lucky Mate casino review site all fall under this disclaimer.

General information, not advice

Our pages describe how Lucky Mate’s bonuses, payments and rules work, going by the operator’s published material and public registers. Your circumstances are unknown to us, and nobody writing here is a lawyer, tax agent or financial adviser. When a decision touches your money, your legal position or your tax, put it to a qualified professional first.

Tax shows why. For recreational players in Australia, gambling winnings generally do not count as taxable income, although the position can differ where gambling is carried on as a business. That sentence is general information and should not be read as tax advice.

Our worked examples are plain arithmetic on the operator’s published rules. If a page says a A$150 bonus at x40 needs A$6,000 of wagering, that is the stated formula run through the stated terms; it predicts nothing about what you will win or lose.

Legal status for Australian readers

Lucky Mate operates offshore with no Australian licence. The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 means online casino games cannot lawfully be offered to people in Australia, and in February 2026 the ACMA moved to have internet providers block the casino. The Act is aimed at operators rather than players, yet an Australian player caught in a dispute has little to fall back on. The operator points to licence no. 365/JAZ. That is a legacy number from Curaçao’s old system, and we could not find it in the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s current register. Our licence information page sets each claim beside its source.

Operator data changes

Lucky Mate’s live site would not let us in, so most casino data here comes from archived copies of the operator’s pages dated 19 May 2026, plus a few figures from a copy archived back in October 2025. Registers and third-party reviews were checked in early October 2026, against the 21 September 2026 edition of the Curaçao register. The table matches each topic to its source and date.

A “~” sign beside a figure in the operator’s payment table marks the operator’s own estimate, which should not be read as a fixed limit. Where versions of the operator’s site disagree, we show both. The welcome free spins, for instance, were 100 in versions published in 2025 and 150 in the May 2026 copy. PayID withdrawals are described as “same day to 1 business day” in one place, while another rule says requests are processed within 48 hours and not on weekends.

How we label uncertain facts

A handful of set phrases separate what we verified from what we were told. Each one means exactly what it says:

  • “The operator says” means the statement comes from Lucky Mate’s own pages, and nothing independent we found either confirms or contradicts it.
  • “Not published” tells you the archived pages are silent on the term, as they are on the bonus expiry date and the maximum bet with a bonus.
  • “We could not confirm” means we searched the relevant register or document and came away with no supporting record.
  • “Player complaints describe” points to individual reports on review platforms that we have not verified as a pattern.

Age, access and your decisions

The gambling content here is written for readers aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please close the site now.

Registering, depositing, claiming a bonus and playing are your decisions alone. We carry no responsibility for losses, nor for the operator delaying or refusing a withdrawal, closing an account, changing its terms or failing to honour a promotion. Game outcomes at a casino are random, so limits belong in place before you play. If gambling is causing harm, the gambling support options we list begin with Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858.

Blocked domains

The ACMA blocklist carries two of the operator’s domains, luckymate.com and luckymatecasino.com, and access to its other domains can change at any time. We give no instructions for getting past internet provider blocks and will not help anyone do that.

Third-party sites and names

Buttons and some links on this site take you to other websites, including casino pages, government pages and support services. Those sites are outside our control, and we take no responsibility for their content or availability.

The Lucky Mate name, related names and logos belong to their owners; we use them only to identify the casino under review. BrillianteFin Development N.V. has no hand in running this site, which is not the casino. The UK site luckymate.co.uk is a separate brand with its own operating company, and its offers and promo codes do not apply in Australia.

Look-alike names may turn up. Ours is lucky-mate-australia.com and no other, and we never ask readers for logins, ID documents or payment details.

Corrections

Errors get fixed, whether we spot them ourselves or a reader does. Found a figure that no longer matches the operator’s terms? Write to us through the contact page linked in the footer, naming the page and the source you checked. After we confirm the change, the page is updated along with the date at its top.
