Lucky Mate’s live casino runs blackjack and roulette from Winfinity, with Monaco Blackjack 2, Bar Blackjack and 500x Auto Roulette in the lobby, plus live tables from Lucky Streak. Alongside them sit RNG table games and crash titles such as Plinko from Stake and Chicken Road from InOut. More important than any title, though, is one rule. Play a live game with a bonus active and the operator deletes every active bonus, while the live bets count towards neither wagering nor cashback.

It also decides the order you play in. Finish any welcome bonus on the pokies, or skip it, and only then bring real money to a live table. Bet limits and RTP figures for the live tables aren’t published for Australian accounts, so read the limits on each table before the first hand.

Our sources are the operator’s site as archived on 19 May 2026 and the lobby copy it published in October 2025. Lucky Mate is an offshore casino without an Australian licence: the number it cites, 365/JAZ, belongs to a Curaçao master licence that expired on 18 August 2024, and the ACMA announced a block on the brand on 13 February 2026. Everything else sits in our review of Lucky Mate Australia.

What’s in the Lucky Mate live lobby

Live is one of six categories in the Lucky Mate lobby, next to Pokies, Table, Crash, Jackpots and Instant. Going by the archived lobby, the live side leans heavily on blackjack: the May 2026 titles we could identify came from Winfinity, and the lobby published in October 2025 also showed a Lucky Streak table.

Live roulette wheel and blackjack table streamed to a tablet and a phone, with dealer silhouettes and stacks of chips

Winfinity: Monaco Blackjack 2, Bar Blackjack and 500x Auto Roulette

Monaco Blackjack 2 is the 29th card in the May 2026 lobby, sitting between two pokies, Gold Rush and Magic Apple. Scroll the main row looking for a pokie and you can open a live table without meaning to, which is exactly the click the bonus rule punishes.

Bar Blackjack appeared in versions 3 and 4 in the lobby published in October 2025. 500x Auto Roulette, an automated wheel, shows up in both lobby versions we read; its paytable isn’t published, so open the info panel before you place a chip.

Lucky Streak

The lobby published in October 2025 showed Lucky Streak’s BlackJack 7, and Casino Guru lists the studio among the 39 providers it counted at Lucky Mate. We couldn’t confirm which Lucky Streak tables are open to Australian accounts today.

What the live section doesn’t have

Casino Guru’s category check found live baccarat and live dice as well as blackjack and roulette. It found no live game shows and no craps, and poker turns up only as video poker. There’s no sportsbook, so no in-play betting either.

The rule that deletes your bonus

The archived lobby carries a plain warning: “all active bonuses will be removed if you play Live games.” A second line in the same lobby code says bets in these games aren’t counted for bonus wagering or cashback. A live table therefore adds nothing to a bonus and erases it as soon as you play.

“All active bonuses” covers the welcome bonus at any of the four steps and, as we read it, unwagered cashback paid in bonus money. No exception is published for a single hand.

Scenario: half the wagering gone in one spin

Scenario based on the operator’s published rules. You deposit A$100 at step one and take the 150% match, so A$150 of bonus lands with x40 attached: A$6,000 of pokies turnover to clear. Over a couple of evenings you wager A$3,000, exactly half. Then, one slow weekend afternoon, you open 500x Auto Roulette for a single spin. The A$150 bonus is deleted and the A$3,000 of progress goes with it, while the roulette bet itself counted for nothing towards wagering or cashback.

Winnings from the bonus session stay tied to the bonus until wagering ends, so that spin puts them at risk too.

Only here for the live tables?

The published rules don’t describe a way to decline the welcome bonus. Before depositing, ask live chat whether you can play without it and screenshot the reply; someone is there 16:00–10:00 GMT+11 daily, or 13:00 to 07:00 in Perth. A deposit under A$25 doesn’t qualify for the bonus, but the operator hasn’t published that as an opt-out, so get it in writing.

The order of play that keeps a bonus intact

  1. Fund the account in your own name. Make your deposit before you sit down at any table; it can take up to an hour to land.
  2. Clear the wagering on pokies only. The bonus is wagered on slots alone, so stay in the Lucky Mate pokies lobby and watch for Monaco Blackjack 2 and 500x Auto Roulette in the main row.
  3. Confirm the bonus is finished. The cashier should show the wagering as complete and no bonus as active.
  4. Then take real money to a live table. Read the table’s limits before the first hand.
  5. Bet at least your deposit before cashing out. Turnover below your deposit triggers an “extra commission” at withdrawal, at a rate not published for Australia. The full set of live games and bonus rules is on our bonus page.

Bonus and cashback status by game category

Pokies are the only category that counts for both the bonus and cashback. The published rules either exclude every other category or don’t mention it, and where they’re silent we’ve marked the gap.

Read across the rows and a Lucky Mate bonus turns out to be a pokies product, as does the up-to-15% cashback paid in bonus money.

RNG table games

The Table category holds computer-dealt classics; Casino Guru’s list names roulette, blackjack, baccarat and video poker. A random number generator decides each card or spin and you set the pace, so we reckon RNG tables are a decent place to learn a blackjack variant before paying for a live seat.

Where the bonus stands is murkier than with live. The lobby warning names the Live section only, so nothing published says an RNG table deletes a bonus; table bets still sit outside the slots-only rule and won’t move the counter. Save them for after the wagering. Table-game RTP isn’t published either, so check each game’s info panel; casinos can run different settings for the same title.

Start on pokies: 150% + 150 FS

Crash and instant games: Plinko, Chicken Road and Aviator

Crash and Instant are the quick end of the lobby, where a round takes seconds and pays a multiplier on your stake.

Plinko (Stake)

A ball drops through rows of pegs into a multiplier slot. Stake is listed as the provider, and in the 2026 row Plinko sits just before 500x Auto Roulette. Where risk and row settings are offered, they change how wide the payouts swing, so read the info panel first.

Chicken Road (InOut)

Chicken Road was in the lobby published in October 2025. You move a chicken across a road lane by lane, the multiplier climbs with each step, and you cash out before it gets hit. One oddity: the operator’s own copy put Chicken Road in its RTP tables next to pokies, while the lobby files it under crash games. Don’t assume it counts towards bonus wagering, and trust the in-game info panel over the operator’s RTP claim.

Aviator: named, not confirmed

The operator’s copy published in October 2025 pointed players to “instant win games, like Plinko or Aviator”, and Aviator’s developer, Spribe, is on Casino Guru’s provider list for Lucky Mate. We couldn’t confirm Aviator in the May 2026 lobby snapshot, so check the Crash tab before you deposit for it.

Rounds this short can empty a balance before you notice. If you’re having a punt on crash games, cap deposits or losses in your account first, and take the operator’s time-out when a session drags on. You need to be 18+ to play, and Gambling Help Online is a free call on 1800 858 858 whenever you need it.

Live casino on mobile

On this point the operator has been frank. Its copy published in October 2025 said the desktop site’s functions all work on a phone, but live casino players “won’t be able to access a lot of games,” and suggested switching the phone’s browser to desktop mode with no promise it would run smoothly. The May 2026 FAQ mentions a mobile browser or app without singling out live games, so plan live sessions on a laptop and use the phone for the cashier and pokies.

There’s no operator-confirmed native app. A “Lucky Mate Casino” listing in the App Store is published by COOPERS CREEK GAME LIMITED, and nothing from the operator links it to BrillianteFin Development N.V. The home-screen shortcut is covered in our guide to live tables on a phone.

Live bets and Lucky Mate’s rewards

The rewards side is thin for live players. Live bets don’t feed the up-to-15% cashback, and Comp Points are awarded for bets on slots, expire after 30 days and carry you through five levels, Bronze to Diamond. We found nothing saying live bets earn them, so don’t count on climbing the ladder through blackjack; the perks and how loyalty points are earned are on our rewards page.

Tournament leaderboard with A$ prize rows, a gold trophy and loyalty level badges in violet and orange

Weekly tournaments use formats such as Sum of Bets and Total Win to Bet Ratio, but eligible games and prize pools aren’t published, so check each tournament’s terms first.

Cashing out after a live session

Nothing special applies to live winnings. They leave under the normal withdrawal rules, which means up to 48 hours of processing (none at weekends), a transfer of up to 5 working days and caps of A$5,000 a week and A$15,000 a month, so a A$8,000 night at blackjack would arrive as A$5,000 one week and A$3,000 the next. Verification has to be done first: a selfie holding your ID, ID valid for at least six more months, and a PDF statement covering the last three months with at least three transactions. Timing by method is in our guide to cashing out live winnings.

Bet limits, RTP and fairness: what isn’t published

Several things a live player checks first aren’t on the Australian pages we read, and we won’t fill them with guesses.

Who Lucky Mate’s live casino suits

Worth a look if

  • You play live blackjack or roulette with your own money and no bonus
  • You clear a pokies bonus first and play live afterwards
  • You want Winfinity, Lucky Streak and crash games in one AUD account
  • You're happy to check table limits yourself

Look elsewhere if

  • You want a welcome bonus and live blackjack in the same session
  • You're after live game shows or a sportsbook
  • You play mostly on a phone and need live tables to load there
  • You want published table limits and RTPs before you deposit

Lucky Mate is a pokies casino with a live section on the side, and its rules put live play off-limits while a bonus runs. Live punters first and foremost should get chat to confirm that they can play without the bonus. Pokies regulars who fancy the odd blackjack hand only need to finish the x40 before opening the Live tab.

Lucky Mate live casino questions

Can I play live dealer games with a bonus at Lucky Mate?

You can open a live table, but the archived lobby note says all active bonuses are removed if you play Live games. That takes in the welcome bonus, unwagered cashback held as bonus money and the wagering progress you built on the pokies, and live bets don’t count towards the x40 in the first place. Finish the wagering on slots, confirm in the cashier that no bonus is active, then play Monaco Blackjack 2 or 500x Auto Roulette with real money.

Does Lucky Mate have live game shows or a sportsbook?

Not as far as we could find. Casino Guru’s category check lists live blackjack, roulette, baccarat and dice, but no live game shows and no craps, and the Australian Lucky Mate is a casino only, with no sportsbook or in-play betting. A page promising sports bets under the Lucky Mate name is describing the separate British LuckyMate site or a copycat, not the Australian casino at luckymate.co.com.
